RULES, REGULATIONS AND SCHEDULE:
Please read the entire page carefully.
ELIGIBILITY:
This competition is open to all NPC registered athletes in the USA. Unregistered
athletes may purchase cards at check-in time for $60.00. The card is valid
through December 31, 2004.
ENTRY FEE:
$50.00 payable by October 1st, 2004 to RK Solid/Rod Ketchens, PO Box 5011, Sioux City,
IA 51102. All entry fees postmarked later than October 1st, 2004 will pay a late
entry fee of $70.00. No refunds or exceptions. Athletes may not cross over into
different categories.

containing vulgar or obscene lyrics are not allowed and can result in
disqualification if played.
